Covid 19 pandemic has caused disruptions and showed our vulnerabilities in reaching education to our students. It has exposed the inequalities and the digital divide. The chasm left of addressing education concerns of 35 Million students in the colleges and many more millions outside is difficult to bridge. Online/blended/hybrid learning has come to our rescue. However, Virtual University is the vehicle. These and other things are in the presentation.
